Petaluma is a coffee-drinking
community. Of the readers responding to the Argus-Courier's online poll Jan. 3,
2007, 93 percent said they drank coffee in the morning. Of the respondents, 30
percent said they drink latte compared to 21 percent who drink regular coffee.

Nearly half of those who responded to an Argus-Courier online poll Dec. 27, 2006 said they don't feel safe in downtown Petaluma after 10 p.m. Slightly
more than half said they feel either "very safe" or "somewhat safe."
